Benchwork Fabrication is structured to support the way designers, contractors, and project teams actually work — with clear communication, defined timelines, and a collaborative approach from start to finish.

How We Work

  • Submit a quote request through our website or reach out directly via email. We’ll review your project details and follow up with any additional questions or schedule a quick call if needed to better understand scope, timeline, and priorities.

  • We review all provided drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Quotes are typically provided within 3-5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your project.

  • You’ll receive a detailed quote with clear line-item pricing, estimated lead time, and a defined scope of work. If requested during the inquiry stage, design coordination and value engineering will be included as part of this phase. Once the proposal is approved and deposit is received, your project is formally scheduled and moves into production.

  • Detailed shop drawings are provided within approximately 1 week of deposit. We manage this process in-house to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with your project intent. If required, finish samples can be fabricated and submitted for approval prior to full production. Once the shop drawings are approved, we will move into our fabrication timeline.

  • Throughout your project’s fabrication, we provide updates and remain in communication with your team to ensure alignment. We coordinate closely with your team to align delivery and installation with your project schedule. Our goal is to integrate seamlessly into your timeline — not disrupt it.

  • For projects in Napa, Sonoma, and the greater Bay Area, we provide delivery and installation services.

    For out-of-state projects, we coordinate freight and provide detailed installation guidance, with optional on-site installation available.
